HIIT The Holidays offers the opportunity to:
- Get Lean & sculpt your entire body.- Enhance your endurance & build full body strength.- Boost your confidence & unlock a sense of empowerment.
Training Style:
- Bodyweight Track and Cable Track. Either one can be done with dumbbells as well!- Full body workouts- High intensity circuits
Workout Duration:
- 3 workouts per week, 2 weeks total- 35-40 min per workout
HIIT The Holidays is perfect for you if:
- Like working out alongside your coach.- Seek fast and effective workouts completed in less than an hour.- Are intermediate level and looking for a challenge.- Interested in a fast pace experience and ready to ignite the burn.

4 Weeks

Build to Breakthrough offers the opportunity to:
- Build your glutes & sculpt your entire body.- Strengthen your core & improve full body strength.- Unleash your strength mentally, emotionally & physically.
Training Style:
- Bodyweight, Dumbbell & Cable Track. Everyone can do this one!- 3 full body workouts per week and 1 “All about the Core” day.- Strength, hypertrophy & endurance.
Workout Duration:
- 4 workouts per week, 4 weeks total- 40-50 min per full body workout and Day 4 is about 30-40 min.
Build to Breakthrough is perfect for you if:
- Like working out at your own pace and enjoy more of a Personal Training strength experience..- Seek effective workouts completed in less than an hour.- Intermediate level and looking for a challenge.- Interested in building your glutes, strengthening your core and ready to ignite the burn.
